General

• Attendees of the Eurocon 2008 can use the conference room in the ZKM the whole time.
• Inside the conference room will be free coffee, snacks and soft drinks
• Lunch and diner can be taken around the ZKM (not included)

The games for the competitions are not set yet - Its a surprise... a little hint: look at the banner ;-)

Eurocon Specials

As every year we will have presentations of games and rare collector ’s items – please contact the organizers if you have something to present.

* Simon Quernhorst will present two NEW C64 Games and one NEW Atari 2600 Games ("I Project")

* Reddotgames will present some Dreamcast games

* Dieter König will present a new Videopac game

* Martijn Wenting from revival studios will present a NEW Vectrex games

Friday, 10.10.2008

We will start to prepare everything at the ZKM in the morning – everybody is welcome to help us ;-) From around 15:00 h the most parts should be ready, so wee will have a lot of time meeting, playing and eating/drinking.
Around 20:00 we will move (optional) to the exhibition at RetroGames e.V. to play with the 45+ Arcade machines, 7+ pinball and consoles.

Saturday, 11.10.2008

At Saturday the “Retrobörse” will take place – starting at 10:00 for attendees and 11:00 till 16:00 for the public.

After cleaning up there is free time for dinner, hotel, playing, town visiting etc.

At 19:30 we will drive again to RetroGames e.V. for competitions, playing, drinking and dancing – open End. If you want to stay at the conference room it’s OK too – but you will miss a lot.

Sunday, 12.10.2008

After breakfast we will start around 10:00 h for the “show and tell”-session. At 11:00 you will have the chance to attend a free tour to the exhibitions of the ZKM (YOU_ser and “World of games”.

Around 13:00 we will start “THE AUCTION”.

After that we will start cleaning up – and it is time to say goodbye. We will leave the ZKM not before 19:00 h – you are free to help us again ;-)
